Owner and founder

Shubha is the owner and Founder of DigitizeWithUs, a service-oriented company which wants to establish it footprints in all service sectors and provide exceptional process-oriented solutions to all customer’s demands. As an MCA graduate in computer applications, she had always dreamt of being independent and working and to become an entrepreneur. She has done very mediocre jobs at start of her career which has helped her in building a very strong and confident women empowered team at DigitizeWithUs.


She believes in values and solves any problems, be it personal or professional, with her calmness and care towards others. She has now successfully built a team of 15 members out of which 80% of them are women. She started the operations in 2017 at a small room from her house in Mandya with just 2 employees and have gradually grown. She adorns the role of a mother, home maker and a successful entrepreneur.

Rajagopal Krishnamurthy

Consultant Business and Operations

With the experience of more than 23 years in the service industry in different verticals such as Data Management, Insurance Claim processing, Shopping cart integration, Web Designing/Building, Email Support, Chat Support, Technical consultancy, Voice support, EPub creation, Typesetting, Graphic Design services catering to both International and Domestic clients. Rajagopal plays a very important role in guiding the Business and Operations of DigitizeWithUs leveraging his experience gained through all these years.

 

He has worked for major service-oriented companies such as Xerox, 24/7, ITC, Optimus, Webcreators and many others. He is passionate in learning new things and explore new opportunities with a never say die attitude. As a computer science graduate, he likes to find innovative ways to work which has helped him find many successful solutions.

Sudharshan Parthasarathi

Operations Head

A young and energetic person who has abundance knowledge in handling the operations which he has gained through his 10 years of experience in the service industry. He has worked for companies that provide data management services for Major logistics companies and has decided to offer his services to DigitizeWithUs from the year 2018. He joined DigitizeWithUs when there were only 3 people, and he has been pivotal in managing the entire operation through this journey.


He is a computer science graduate from a small town in Mandya and from a very humble family. He is passionate about his work and his professional approach has helped achieve major milestones at the company.

Bindushree Praveen

Manager - Production

She is the second employee at DigitizeWithUs and has been dedicated towards the company’s growth in accordance with its Vision and mission. She has a prior experience handling operations of small firms where she acquired knowledge in production, quality, accounting, HR and in other departments as well. As a computer science graduate, she finds innovative ways and solutions to problem that arise in day to day operations. She has offered 6 years of her service to DigitizeWithUs out of her 10 years of total experience. She is a great mother, home maker and a dedicated professional.

Shiva Kumar

Manager – Quality & SME

A graduate in computer science who has vast experience of over 10+ years in Title research which is one of the major service industries in United States. Shiva Kumar joined the team at DigitizeWithUs when the team was growing fast, and it was challenging to maintain the quality assurance that we offer to our customers. He has leveraged all his experience and knowledge in streamlining the quality process and achieve the goals that are set by our clients. He plays a pivotal role in setting the process and have quality check points to help meet the quality standards.


He is passionate about travelling, adventures and an active contributor in social media. His artistry skill is a very special talent that he possesses but he finds difficult to devote time to showcase it.

Rajesh Nimbalkar

Business Development

An ardent Marketing person who likes to travel and explore places joined DigitizeWithUs in 2021. A commerce graduate and is having experience in marketing in various fields is now leveraging his experience and skill in Business Development at DigitizeWithUs. He understands the intricacies of our business and helps us grow as an organization in finding opportunities in various other verticals. He also plays an important role in Customer Relation and maintaining the quality metrics and oversee production challenges.


He is passionate in adventurous trekking and has explored several peaks in India. He likes to dedicate his time and energy in doing challenging tasks and his passion is into Marketing.
